By using Craft My Plate, you signify your acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the service following any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms.

As a user of Craft My Plate, you are responsible for ensuring that your use of our service is legal, ethical, and in accordance with these T&C. You agree not to use our service for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could harm our service, other users, or any third party.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy:

1. Order Cancellation by Customer:

   • Customers can cancel their order within a specified timeframe (e.g., 5 minutes after placing the order) without any charge.
   • If a cancellation occurs after this timeframe, a cancellation fee may apply as the order might already be in the preparation or delivery process.
   • Custom orders or special requests may not be eligible for cancellation once preparation has commenced.

2. Order Cancellation by CraftMyPlate:

   • Company reserves the right to cancel orders due to unforeseen circumstances such as inability to fulfill the order, issues with supply chain, or technical difficulties.
   • In such cases, customers will be notified immediately, and a full refund will be processed.

Shipping Policy:

Food will be dispatched for delivery according to the scheduled time provided by the user, and our delivery executive will deliver the order to the address specified by the user.

Return Policy:  

1. Eligibility for Return:

• An order cannot be returned if the food is prepared according to the requirements.
• It can only be returned if it is in a non-edible condition.
• Please contact the delivery executive for that order, who will handle the return process.

Refund Policy:

1. Eligibility for Refund:

   • Refunds may be issued in cases of order cancellation (as per the above conditions), incorrect order fulfillment, or unsatisfactory service/product quality.
   • Complaints regarding quality or accuracy must be reported within a specified period (e.g., 24 hours) after receipt of the order.

2. Processing Refunds:

   • Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within a certain number of days (e.g., 7-10 business days).
   • In cases where direct refund to the original payment method is not possible, alternative arrangements will be made.

3. Partial Refunds:

   • In situations where only part of an order is incorrect or unsatisfactory, a partial refund may be offered.

4. Non-Refundable Scenarios:

   • Charges for completed orders that meet quality and service standards are generally non-refundable.
   • Orders that are in the delivery process cannot be cancelled or refunded.

General Terms:

• CraftMyPlate reserves the right to modify the refund and cancellation policy at any time.
• All refunds and cancellations are subject to CraftMyPlate’s discretion and will be handled in compliance with local laws and consumer rights.
• Customers are encouraged to contact CraftMyPlate’s customer service for assistance with cancellations or refunds.

Caterlyse Technologies Private Limited, its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, or suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the service; (iii) any content obtained from the service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

By participating in Craft My Plate’s Submit and Refer program, you are agreeing to adhere to the following terms and conditions:

1. Referral Submission:

• Accuracy and Completeness: You must provide accurate and complete details of the event and the decision-maker being referred.

• Verification: Craft My Plate reserves the right to verify the authenticity and validity of all submitted referrals to ensure compliance with our standards.

• Uniqueness: You may submit multiple referrals; however, each must relate to a distinct event, with different decision-makers and event specifics.

2. Referral Rewards:

• Reward Calculation: You will earn up to 10% of the order value if the referred person places and successfully completes an order through Craft My Plate.

• Reward Crediting: Rewards are credited to your wallet within 2-3 business days following the successful completion of the referred event.

• Variability of Reward: The exact amount of the reward may vary depending on the size and total value of the order placed by the referred individual.

3. Referral Conditions:

• Completion Requirement: Rewards are issued only after the referred event is fully paid for and completed.

• No Self-Referrals: Self-referrals are strictly prohibited. This means you cannot refer yourself or any events where you are the host.

• Platform Restriction: Rewards are applicable solely for orders that are placed through Craft My Plate’s official platforms (app or website).

4. Reward Redemption:

• Usage Options: Rewards can be used towards future orders on Craft My Plate or can be withdrawn to your bank account.

• Withdrawal Terms: Withdrawals are subject to a minimum amount of ₹1000, with the conversion rate from coins to rupees being 2 coins = ₹1 for withdrawals.

• No Expiry: Rewards do not expire and can be accumulated over time.

5. Referral Limitations:

• No Caps: There is no limit to the number of referrals you can submit or the total rewards you can earn.

• Compliance: Only legitimate, verified referrals that meet these terms will be eligible for rewards.

6. Fraud and Misconduct:

• Disqualification: Referrals deemed fraudulent, incomplete, or non-compliant will be disqualified.

• Consequences of Fraud: More than 10 invalid referrals may lead to temporary or permanent closure of access to the Submit and Refer model.

• System Manipulation: Any attempt to manipulate the system or submit false information may result in account suspension or termination, and forfeiture of accumulated rewards.

7. Program Changes:

• Right to Modify: Craft My Plate reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Submit and Refer program at any time without prior notice.

• Acceptance of Changes: Updates to these terms will be communicated through the platform, and continued participation will constitute acceptance of the new terms.

8. Decision Rights:

• Final Authority: Craft My Plate holds the final decision authority in referral verification and the crediting of rewards, especially in cases involving complexities or disputes.

9. Privacy:

• Data Handling: All personal information collected through the Submit and Refer program will be processed in accordance with Craft My Plate’s privacy policy.

10. General Terms:

• Liability: Craft My Plate is not liable for any delays or issues arising from the referral or reward processes.

• Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any legal disputes related to the program will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad
